Dabei konnte ich aktiv an der Analyse bestehender Abl\u00e4ufe mitwirken, Verbesserungspotenziale identifizieren und konkrete L\u00f6sungsalternativen entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-medium\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"240\" height=\"300\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.friedhelm-loh-group.com\/ausbildung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Unbenannt-2-6-240x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-952\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blog.friedhelm-loh-group.com\/ausbildung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Unbenannt-2-6-240x300.jpg 240w, https:\/\/blog.friedhelm-loh-group.com\/ausbildung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Unbenannt-2-6-819x1024.jpg 819w, https:\/\/blog.friedhelm-loh-group.com\/ausbildung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Unbenannt-2-6-768x960.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blog.friedhelm-loh-group.com\/ausbildung\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/Unbenannt-2-6.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 240px) 100vw, 240px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Auch auf pers\u00f6nlicher Ebene war der Auslandseinsatz mehr als bereichernd: In meiner Freizeit konnte ich den Norden Italiens erkunden, die italienische Lebensart \u2013 die \u201eDolce Vita\u201d \u2013 hautnah erleben und unvergessliche Eindr\u00fccke sammeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das kollegiale Miteinander im Werk in Valeggio. Ich wurde von Anfang an herzlich aufgenommen, erlebte eine sehr unterst\u00fctzende Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re und f\u00fchlte mich schnell als Teil des Teams. Die offene Art vor Ort machte es mir leicht, Kontakte zu kn\u00fcpfen und mich einzuleben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insgesamt war die Auslandspraxisphase ein voller Erfolg \u2013 fachlich, sprachlich und pers\u00f6nlich.
